We will either replace or refund any bottle of wine that arrives damaged. Customers are requested to return the remaining portion of the original bottle for a replacement. Due to legal restrictions, we can only accept returns of alcoholic beverages if they are corked or damaged. We also cannot accept returns for wine damaged by adverse weather during shipment or wine ordered by mistake.
To arrange the return of a corked or damaged product, please email us at info@hexwine.com.au. Upon receiving the wine, we will refund you for the cost of the wine minus shipping and handling fees, via the original payment method.
